SUBSTANCE: method for determination of primary parameters for uniform sections of three-wire power transmission line belongs to functional monitoring and diagnostics of three-phase power transmission lines based on L-shaped equivalent circuit of full-phase execution. Method involves experimental determination of images of the effective values of input and output phase voltage and current at the complex plane and at further calculation of the primary parameters at the uniform section of the three-wire power transmission line. Values of input and output phase voltage and current are determined in results of four series of experiments and these values are input data for calculation of active resistance and inductance values for linear wires, conductance and capacitance between the wires as well as between the wires and ground.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of primary parameters in a uniform section of three-wire power transmission line.
