FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to psychology, namely to educational psychology, and can be used to obtain objective data of the training process, digestion of material, cognitive activity of the trainees in the process of trainings. A group of trainees is presented with educational information; the physiological parameters being uncontrolled consciously when digesting the educational information are measured and recorded. Each group of the trainees is presented with the educational information with the maximum and minimum degree of complexity; the physiological parameters being uncontrolled consciously are measured for both complexities, and the derived values are used to determine upper and lower limits of a reference passage for each of m variables of the training environment. In the process of training, for each of m variable conditions, group current physical parameters are compared to the upper and lower limits of the reference passage, as well as to an average value of the reference passage. If observing a deviation from the average reference passage, the training effect is corrected by selecting one of (n±j), j∈N of the pre-set complexities of the limited amount of training information, so that the group current physical parameters tend to the average reference passage.

EFFECT: method enables higher quality of training by an optimum combination of complexity of the material of interest and the physiological parameters, and extends the trainer's possibilities to control the effectiveness of the effect.
