FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electric engineering and can be applied in transmission/reception devices, measurement instruments, in analogue and digital modelling of digital communication systems. Method of determining operation parameters of digital communication system involves selection of highly stable reference and adjustment signal, determination of reference signal range amplitude, generation of additional signal from reference and adjustment signals, filtration of resulting signal by low frequency and its use in correction of signal to be adjusted, determination of at least two amplitudes of corrected signal, generation of two additional signals from corrected signal amplitudes and from reference signal amplitudes used to determine additional amplitudes, and further determination of operation parameters by given relation with amplitudes obtained. Device includes reference and adjustable generators, two range analysers, parameter determination unit of phase detector, data recorder, four multipliers.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability, balance, stability, extended range of operation parameters and system signal class.
