FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: loose-leaf binder comprises support, two posts secured thereto, two arc-shape elements interconnected by mid section to displace simultaneously said support plate connected with the support and extending therefrom, lever assy including lever and link. Said arc-shape elements can displace relative to said posts between locked and unlocked positions. Lever assy can displace said arc-shape elements between above positions. Lever is coupled with support plate for turn about first axis. Aforesaid link is coupled with support plate for turn about second axis and is connected with roller fitted in lever slit to slide therein. With arc-shape elements in locked position, lever can turn in first direction from said support to drive the link in first direction so that arc-shape elements get unlocked. With arc-shape elements in unlocked position, lever can turn in second direction, opposite the first one, from said support to drive the link in second direction so that arc-shape elements get locked. Note here that with arc-shape elements in locked position, minimum distance between said support and link extension is larger than minim distance between said support and second axis about which said link turns relative to plate element.
EFFECT: perfected design.
