SUBSTANCE: ring mechanism to retain separate pages, including casing and ring elements to retain separate pages, which may move relative to this casing from open position to closed position, and also the first and second hinged plates supported by casing with the possibility to execute rotary motion relative to this casing around the hinged joint. Casing-mounted lever is arranged with the possibility of rotation, besides, lever includes the first section and the second section, connected to the first section for engagement with hinged plates and bringing ring elements from closed position into open one. Hinged plates are supported by casing so that at least one of hinged plates is in continuous engagement with the second section of lever, when ring elements are closed. Besides, above-specified at least one hinged plate has upper surface directed towards casing and lower surface directed from casing, moreover, lower surface is in continuous engagement with the second section of lever.

EFFECT: invention provides for easy locking of ring elements, without necessity of additional spring components.
