SUBSTANCE: in the method for energy-efficient drying of granulated polymer materials, comprising separate supply of hydrophobic and hydrophilic materials top to bottom into the coaxial cylindrical chambers and transverse blowing of heat-carrying medium through the materials, according to the invention the heat-carrying medium sequentially moves in transverse direction through the chambers 1 and 2, carrying out drying of the material in the first chamber and heating of the material in the second chamber.
EFFECT: increase of final adjustment degree of heat-carrying medium by temperature to increase the dryer capacity and increase significantly the energy efficiency.
