FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical diagnostics. A unit comprises a blood sampling inlet, a membrane for blood separation from its components as an analysed fluid, a canal whereto the analysed fluid is supplied and wherein it flows under capillary forces, and a feed unit for filling the canal with the analysed fluid on the inlet or entry. The membrane is dome-shaped; an apex of its dome projects into the feed unit in the filling direction and adjoins a bottom of the feed unit in its centre; or a distance between the dome apex of the membrane and the bottom of the feed unit makes 10 to 25 mcm; thereby the analysed fluid extending from a lower side of the membrane moistens the bottom of the feed unit directly.
EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy ensured by eliminating air pockets and filling the canal with the analysed fluid uniformly.
