FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to processing and/or analysis under centrifugal force effects. This process comprises making of cartridge for specimen processing including first separation chamber to hold the specimen and second chamber communicated with said first one. Specimen is placed in said first separation chamber for processing. The centrifugal force acts on said cartridge in first direction. Note here that first chamber is long in cartridge plane perpendicular to centrifugal force action direction. Then first direction is changed for second one to make specimen displace from first chamber to second chamber. Note here that second chamber features smaller depth than first one and larger length in direction of centrifugal force acting in second direction than that of first separation chamber in direction of centrifugal force action in first direction. Cartridge is subjected to centrifugal force by spinning it about outer axis while direction of centrifugal force is varied by spinning the cartridge about axis therein. Cartridge comprises also top face side and bottom face side to define the plate or disc shape.
EFFECT: quick micro distribution of fluid elements of different density.
