SUBSTANCE: in wheel containing rim and pneumatic tire the rim is made of metal sheet or stack of metal sheets with system of peripheral assemblies of equal pitch in which wheel axles are mounted. The wheels have pneumatic tires of relatively small diameter. Operating pressure in them excludes contact of adjacent tires outside the contact pattern of wheel with road and ensures contact of adjacent tires inside the contact pattern of wheel with road. In this system, axles of wheels with pneumatic tires can be parallel to rotation axis of the main wheel or tangentially oriented relative to the main wheel.

EFFECT: simplification of wheel manufacturing process, wheel functionality enhancement, wheel performance improvement.
