SUBSTANCE: sterile carpule with a pharmaceutical composition containing osteoinductive, or osteoconductive, or anti-inflammatory, or antibacterial, or antiseptic, or immunomodulatory, or contrasting preparations is placed into a guide. A piston of the diameter equal to or less than an internal diameter of the carpule is fixed on a nail at a length of the nail greater than a depth of a fracture line. The nail is inserted into the guide carpule with the piston being immersed into the carpule and delivering the pharmaceutical composition from the carpule into the bone canal and the fracture line. Specifically, the bone canal is pre-formed to the fracture line, and a nail of a smaller diameter than the diameter of the canal is inserted through the carpule. Specifically, a nail with a screw having a direction of the pharmaceutical composition delivery into the fracture line is inserted into the carpule.

EFFECT: method enables activating the osteoinductive processes in the fracture line, reducing the time of fragments consolidation, promotes soft tissue resolution in the fracture line after interposition, reduces inflammatory complications in the fracture line, can additionally contrast the fracture line.
