SUBSTANCE: invention relates to osteoconductive and osteoinductive biocomposite coating of implants for accelerating fracture consolidation in animals. Osteoconductive and osteoinductive biocomposite coating of implants for accelerating the consolidation of animal fractures, containing hydroxyapatite, methyluracil, amoxicillin as active substances, polylactide and chloroform as a solvent, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: hydroxyapatite—10–25, methyluracil—10–20, amoxicillin—20, polylactide—20–30, chloroform—the rest.
EFFECT: said invention is a coating composition for implants, which enables to accelerate bone repair.
