FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed flange lubricator of combined lubrication contains lubricating element, reservoir, pumping unit, pipeline, butt flange and lubricant feeding control unit. The lubricating element is installed in pipe and is fixed by means of cylindrical guide on frame with possibility of longitudinal displacement of lubricating element relative to it and pressing-up the lower butt end of lubricating element to lubricated wheel flange surface and pipe turning around cylindrical guide with possibility to change position of lubricating element when flanged wheel position is changed in vertical and horizontal planes. The frame with pipe, cylindrical guide and butt flange is made closed against contamination and is installed on cylindrical guide fixed in base with possibility of frame turn in plane being perpendicular to lubricating element axis. The butt flange is installed on cylindrical guide so that the flange is able to turn by angle α relative to pipe axis when the flange is in its uppermost position to provide installation of new lubricating element from the side of pipe upper butt end.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of flange lubricator operation, enhancement of its operational capabilities.
