FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: flange lubricator of combined lubricant contains lubricating element, consisting of fluoroplast with filling agents, which include anti-friction materials - molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and is made with, at least, one longitudinal hole, connected with means of lubricant supply to lubricated surface of wheel flange. In accordance with invention frame with pipe, cylindrical guide and butt end flange is made closed from penetration of pollutants and is installed on cylindrical guide, fixed in the base with possibility of frame rotation in plane, perpendicular to the axis of lubricating element. Butt end flange is installed on cylindrical guide with possibility of its rotation at angle α relative to pipe axis in its extreme upper position to provide installation of new lubricating element from the side of upper pipe butt end. Surface of butt end flange for installation and fixation of lubricating element is made with centring protrusion of cylindrical or conic shape, with smooth or threaded surface.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of operation, extension of exploitation possibilities of flange lubricator.
