FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: explosion-proof chamber includes an external outline and an internal removable outline, each of which is detachable and is formed with a cylindrical part and flat bottoms. Cylindrical parts of both outlines are installed coaxially and with a gap relative to each other. Bottoms of the external outline are reinforced with radial stiffeners. Cylindrical part of the internal outline is composite and detachable and has a swelling in central zone in the form of a gas-dynamic reflector. On the side of one of the chamber end faces there installed in bottoms of both outlines is a cylindrical neck fixed on the bottom of the external outline, inside and on the external end face of which the covers with shutoff devices are arranged. Stiffeners of the above bottom are connected to the neck, and they are connected to each other by means of plates fixed on the neck. Annular gas-dynamic reflectors are installed inside the chamber in connection places of bottoms of the internal outline with its cylindrical part. In order to perform investigations in the chamber of hydrodynamic processes using undisturbing measurement methods in the central zone of cylindrical parts of both outlines there are at least two diametrically opposite holes, in each of which in the external outline there fixed is a branch pipe with a cover plate, and in the internal outline there fixed is a thick-wall cylindrical insert reinforced with longitudinal stiffeners.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying a manufacturing and operation technology so that increased carrying capacity, reliability and operating life is provided within the specified dimensions of the chamber.
