FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: massage exposure is performed in the following sequence: interrupted pressure and petrissage of the posterior neck, from both sides of sternoclavicular-mastoid and trapezius muscles are applied in a face-down position. An olive-ended wooden pipe with a diameter equal to the ear hole is inserted into the ear passage of the sitting patient and rotated half-way for 2-4 min per each ear. That is followed by interrupted pressure covering auditory nerve outputs and pressure points surrounding each concha of the auricle for 2-3 minutes. The patient is transferred to respiration with an oxygen-helium mixture containing oxygen 30-50%, helium - the rest, for 7-10 minutes. The therapeutic sessions are daily for 8-10 days every 10-14 days. The total length of treatments makes two courses or more until hearing is restored completely.
EFFECT: effective treatment of the given pathology ensured by improving microcirculation of the central and peripheral acoustic analyser and increasing the speed of oxygen delivery to the acoustic organs.
