FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: bistable miniature high-capacity relay includes a housing from insulating material, which has the first chamber (1b) of the housing, in which single-phase contact unit (4) with two current buses (8a, 8b) and contact spring (13) is located. One end of spring is constantly connected to one current bus (8a), and the other free end containing at least one movable contact has the possibility of interacting at least with one fixed contact (21) located on the second current bus (8b). In the second chamber (1a) of the housing there located is bistable electromagnetic drive (3) with swinging armature (11), which has the possibility of moving spring (13) by means of drive mechanism (6, 23) installed in the housing to close or open an electrical circuit passing through current buses (8a, 8b). Contact unit (4) and drive assembly (3) are located in the housing from insulating material in one or two planes. Contact unit (4) includes multiplate contact spring (13) having U-shape and forming a current circuit, in which electrodynamic forces act. Drive assembly (3) includes one-piece U-shaped yoke (14) with at least one excitation coil (17) on each magnetic rod of the yoke, as well as a central rod of yoke (16) that is supported from a flat constant magnet supporting in its turn swinging armature (11) having V-shape.
EFFECT: creation of a processible bipolar miniature relay easily adaptable to special operating conditions with low energy consumption at current switching within 100 A or higher.
