FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prediction of risk of death and non-fatal cardiovascular complications (CVC) in patients with stable ischemic heart disease (IHD). Holter ECG with determination of sinoatrial block and coronary angiography for diagnosing stenosis of right coronary artery posterior interventricular branch are performed. Derived results are used to calculate a predicted risk of death and non-fatal CVD (hi(t)) by a given formula.

EFFECT: method enables monitoring the patient's condition for selecting the optimal therapeutic approach in the patients with stable ischemic heart disease and deciding on the priority of referring a high-risk patient to high-tech methods of treatment by assessing a set of the most significant indicators.
