SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Exercise test on treadmill is performed. Parameters of chronotropic response - chronotropic indices and chronotropic recovery reserve in the first two minutes of recovery period - are determined. Chronotropic parameter (CP) is calculated by mathematical formula. CP value is used to make conclusion about severity of course of ischemic heart disease.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of predicting severity of heart ischemic disease, and it can be used in case of asymptomatic IHD.
