FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: control system of a charging capacity for a battery, which is provided on a transport vehicle with an electric motor as an actuation source, includes the following: an assessment module of worn-out state, which assesses the worn-out state of the battery, a zone installation module that sets charging capacity when the battery can be used in a variety of zones in compliance with the worn-out state of the battery, a calculation module of the charged state, which calculates the charged state of the battery; a zone determination module that determines to which zone of the variety of zones installed by the zone installation module the charge state of the battery refers, and a control prescription module that prescribes performance of control due to charging or discharging of the battery in compliance with the zone that is determined by the zone determination module. The range of the charging capacity of at least one pre-determined zone of the variety of zones installed by the zone installation module remains constant irrespective of the worn-out state of the battery while ranges of charging capacities of the zones different from the pre-determined zone vary in compliance with the worn-out state of the battery. Therefore, battery efficiency can be adequately demonstrated, with that, influence of wear at minimum level is restrained.

EFFECT: providing battery charging with elimination of its recharging or excessive discharging.
