Proposed are hybrid electric vehicle power plant, hybrid electric vehicle with such power plant and method for hybrid electric vehicle accumulator battery heating. Power plant comprises: accumulator battery, battery heater connected to battery, storage batteries control device acting as transfer of accumulator heater for heating accumulator battery with first power or with second power when hybrid electric vehicle functions in electric vehicle mode or hybrid electric vehicle, if storage battery temperature is lower than first heating threshold, and accumulator battery residual charge is greater than threshold value of charge at station; electrical distribution box, engine (ICE), motor, motor controller connected with engine and electric power distribution box, and distinguishing inductor.

EFFECT: improved operational parameters of accumulator battery.
