FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: AC voltage rectifier comprises an ohmic area, to which AC voltage is supplied, via an insulating area connected to provide proper thermal contact to a thermoelectric structure, from which DC voltage is taken. At the same time a heat source made in the form of a through reservoir with geothermal water is coupled to the surface of the ohmic area that is opposite to the one in contact with the thermoelectric structure, and the surface of the thermoelectric structure opposite to the one in contact with the ohmic area is coupled with the system of evaporation cooling.
EFFECT: increased value of DC voltage generated by a device.
