SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electronic engineering, in particular, to converters of alternating current voltage. The AC voltage converter consists of an ohmic area to which alternating-current voltage is supplied through the insulation region connected with a good thermal contact to a thermoelectric structure, from which direct voltage is collected. At that a heat source made as a continuous flow vessel with geothermal water is coupled to the surface of the ohmic region opposite to the region contacting the thermoelectric structure, and surface of the thermoelectric structure opposite to the region contacting to the ohmic region is coupled to an air cooler.

EFFECT: goal of the invention is to increase value of direct voltage generated by the device.
