SUBSTANCE: AC voltage rectifier comprises an ohmic area, to which AC voltage is supplied, via an insulating area connected to provide a good thermal contact to a thermoelectric structure, from which DC voltage is taken. At the same time with a surface of the ohmic area opposite to the one contacting with the thermoelectric structure, there is a source of heat coupled, made in the form of a through reservoir with geothermal water, and the surface of the thermoelectric structure opposite to the one contacting with the ohmic area is coupled with a liquid heat sink.
EFFECT: increased value of DC voltage, generated by a device.
