FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: dried pine wood greens are dispersed in the tissue grinder and bolted through a sieve with 3 mm diameter cells. Then (while intensively stirring) one performs water-soluble substances extraction with distilled water taken at a ratio of 10 weight parts of water to 1 weight part of raw materials at a temperature of 65±2°C during 15 minutes. Then the extract is filtered through four-layer gauze filter, cooled to 4±2°C and stored during no more than 8 hours till usage as a food product additive.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce duration of the method for production of a water-soluble biologically active additive of wood pine greens for usage during food products manufacture, expand the range of products with functional properties.
