FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grease for abrasive machining of metals and alloys including fluorochlorocarbon oil, low-molecular polyethylene, mineral oil, fine powder of the mix of product of leucoxene and silicon carbide or aluminium carbide thermal reduction. Additionally, it comprises linoleic acid at the following ratio of components, in wt %: including fluorochlorocarbon oil - 6-8, low-molecular polyethylene - 1-2, mineral oil - 11-14, fine powder of the mix of product of leucoxene and silicon carbide or aluminium carbide thermal reduction - 15-18, linoleic acid - 16.5-31, stearic acid making the rest. It comprises the mix of product of leucoxene and silicon carbide or aluminium carbide thermal reduction taken at the 0.5-1:1 ratio.
EFFECT: higher quality of surface processing.
