FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: recliner-posture corrector consists of a textile base, made in the form of a backrest with pockets and resilient plates installed in the pockets, a belt with pile fixation, connected to a base, and two belts connected to the upper part of the base. The backrest is made of not fewer than two layers of fabric with the surface density of 300 g/m2 with an input of elastomeric threads in a percent ratio of 97:3 respectively. The pockets with the resilient plates are placed in pairs laterally and medially and have an extension in the upper part. The medial pockets are made with an inclination of 10-20 degrees from the vertical spine axis, with their lower ends being located at the distance not shorter than 20 mm from the said axis. The lateral pockets are made with an inclination of 15-25 degrees from the vertical axis of the spine. The backrest is provided with an external loop in the central part. The resilient plates are made of a polymer composite thermoplastic material with changeable physic-mechanical characteristics and have a semicircular site on the upper end. The pockets are formed at the expense of right and left lateral and medial tapes which have rotary braiding and are stitched to the backrest. Each lateral tape has one part of an adjustable pile fixing element on the upper end in the above-shoulder region. Each medial tape has a long end with two elements of pile fixation, one in the above-shoulder region, by means of which the medial tape is connected to the lateral tape, and on the end. When connected to the lateral tape, the medial tape passes across the shoulder, the front shoulder and armpit regions, bends around the patient's side, is installed under the external loop, where the right and left medial tapes cross each other and their long ends are connected in an adjustable way by means of terminal elements of pile fixation with each other at the front. Soft rollers, made in the form of covers with resilient-elastic filler, are placed on each medial tape on the front shoulder and armpit regions with a possibility of travel. The belt with pile fixation is made of an elastic material.
EFFECT: invention possesses high regulated in a wide range correcting properties in accordance with the patient's individual medical-biomechanical characteristics, provides comfortable exploitation and aesthetic conditions of the product wearing.
