FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: orthopaedic jacket consists of a textile belt, clamping elements and a reinforcing element mounted in a pocket along the perimeter of the belt. The reinforcing element represents a mono-busk comb representing a three-dimensional space structure adapted to anthropometric characteristics of a human body and covering lumbar and upper pelvic regions. Upper and lower teeth of the mono-busk are staggered. The lower teeth arranged in a coccygeal region shall be coupled by a supplementary cross-bar forming a closed loop, creating a rigid integrated, physiologically proved support base or support point providing sagittal-frontal and rotational spinal correction. A number of teeth and the closed loop in the coccygeal region may be provided with cases made of cloths having bactericidal and thermo-therapeutic effects, or the whole mono-busk comb may be packed in the case with the analogue properties.

EFFECT: invention provides high corrective sagittal-frontal and rotational characteristics in symbiosis with bactericidal and therapeutic thermal effect both of local, and total effect on the involvement centres.
