FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed for input electric power circuits into tight premises or volumes, for instance, into a containment area of a nuclear reactor. In a tight lead of a power cable comprising a metal cylindrical body with an insulating element arranged inside of it with biological shield, inside of which there is a reinforced insulating tube with a current-conducting rod stretching through it, ends of which are arranged inside insulators and are rigidly connected with their metal caps, and shells of insulators are rigidly connected to sunk flanges of the body, the current-conducting rod inside the tube is made with a wave bend, the minimum radius of which is calculated in accordance with the following formula: R=(4/k)(mbt)0.5.
EFFECT: increased reliability of design of a tight cable lead and reduced labour intensiveness of its manufacturing.
