FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: tension station comprises a lower frame, a drive comprising an electric motor and a reducer fixed on the rotary frame of the drive installed on the platform, and a device to control chain tension. The electric motor is fixed on the drive frame via a platform that may fixedly move back and forth. The reducer is equipped with an output shaft, joined with the upper driving shaft with sprockets. The reducer is fixed on the drive frame fixedly with provision of joining of axes of the reducer's output shaft and the upper driving shaft. The drive frame is equipped with crosspieces and stiffening ribs. The lower frame and the rotary platform are equipped with stiffening ribs. The device for adjustment of chain tension is formed by the lower frame and rotary platform connected hingedly at one side and hingedly installed hydraulic stands at the other side, and is equipped with supporting-fixing pedestals at the right and the left. At the side of the rotary platform the hydraulic stands are inserted into support brackets, connected to the rotary platform, and at the lower frame - into thrust journals connected with the lower frame. Each supporting-fixing pedestal is equipped with a hinged joint in the place of its connection with the rotary platform. In the place of connection with the lower frame each supporting-fixing pedestal is equipped with the platform for detachable plates, the number of which depends on the specified angle of inclination of the rotary platform to the lower frame. The angle of inclination of the rotary platform to the lower frame is fixed with struts.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of chain tension.
