FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to build a pipeline from pipes with an internal coating includes removal of the internal coating inside ends of pipes, application of a sealant and installation of a bed bushing between ends of pipes and connection of pipes by welding. Ends of pipes with remote ends of the internal coating are tightly covered with the internal end of shells manufactured from corrosion-resistant steel, and their second ends staying inside ends of the pipes, create clearances with the inner surface of the pipe. At the same time the sealant is applied into clearances and into the ends of the bed bushing, comprising a bushing made of carbon steel, which is plated from inside with a shell of corrosion-resistant steel. The bed bushing is installed between ends of pipes, where their ends enter inside clearances, and the applied sealant adheres contacted surfaces to each other, and the middle part of the bed bushing is connected to ends of pipes by welding.
EFFECT: reduced narrowing of a pipeline by joints and increased quality of protection against corrosion of welded joints of pipes with an internal coating during construction of a pipeline.
