FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to suppression of pressure oscillations in cold or hot strip rolling mill hydraulic system (10). Proposed method comprises determination of pressure signal (2) by pressure receiver (1) at continuous pressure measurement in hydraulic system. Besides, determined are pressure signal variable component, at least one real-time variable adjustment parameter (6) with the help of regulator (4) with allowance for at least one of preset magnitudes and variable component. At least one actuator (9) is loaded with adjustment parameter. Note here that actuator (9) varies the volume corresponding to adjustment parameter (6) and related to hydraulic system. This allows the suppression of pressure variations in hydraulic system (10). Proposed device comprises pressure receiver to determine pressure signal, component to define variable component of said signal, adjustment device whereto variable component and preset adjustment parameter are transmitted and variable-volume actuator.
EFFECT: suppression of pressure oscillations in rolling mill hydraulic system.
