FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises the feed of at least one continuously measured parameter of rolling mill to controller to define in real time the control action varying in time and to load at least one actuator of rolls so that control action is maintained at definite settings. Three-octave vibrations are efficiently killed by feeding control action to hydroelectric actuator that loads ate least one hydraulic actuator of rolls. Said hydroelectric actuator features rated flow rate ≥50 l/min ad frequency response defined by phase and amplitude at least a part of it at frequencies f≥80 Hz is characterised by amplitude drop ≤3 dB phase reduction ϕ in the given frequency range specified by numerical inequalities. Proposed device is equipped with appropriate equipment.
EFFECT: higher quality of rolled material and efficiency of rolling.
