FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: relative elevations of carpet surface points are calculated, and compilation survey is done on the metered section of the motor road. Space coordinates are determined by axes X, Y, Z of points of reflection of the laser beam from the surface of the motor road and its elements. Scanning results are sent to software. Scans from all stations are registered in it, and the actual digital point 3D model is produced for the surface of the carpet in the metered section of the motor road, and with the help of special software, the actual digital vector 3D model of the surface of the carpet of the metered section of the motor road is produced. The design digital 3D model of the motor road metered section carpet surface is modelled, matched with the produced actual digital vector 3D mode of the motor road metered section carpet surface, and cross sections are formed with the specified discrecity. Deviations are determined between values of measured geometric parameters and appropriate values of the design digital vector 3D model of the motor road metered section carpet surface.
EFFECT: determination of valid and accurate values of geometric parameters of motor road carpet surface with the help of a ground laser scanner.
