FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and power engineering, in particular, it may be used as an element of a solar power plant, which converts energy of sun radiation into thermal energy for hot water supply, heating and air conditioning in buildings and structures. Structural features of the solar collector with vacuum pipes consists in the fact that the vacuum pipe is made of two tubes, one of them, inner one, is inserted into the outer one with large diameter, besides, the vacuum pipe is equipped with a reflecting element, which controls its thermal capacity, and made in the form of a plate from non-transparent heat resistant and UV-resistant material, installed on the outer surface of one of sides of the outer tube of the vacuum pipe in parallel with its axis and as capable of rotation around it, or the reflecting element of the vacuum pipe made in the form of a strip applied on the external surface of the inner tube. The vacuum pipe of the solar collector may be installed as capable of rotation around its axis.
EFFECT: invention must provide for reduced material intensity and cost of manufacturing.
