The components are used at the following weight ratio %: medium rye flour - 59.5, second grade wheat flour - 25.5, lentils - 12.5, soya bean flour - 1.5, dry defatted milk - 1.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product with increased biological value, expand the range and the raw material base and use non-traditional raw materials for production of a bakery product.
