FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of stone cast products and can be used for protection of metal constructions and aggregates under conditions of higher temperatures at enterprises of metallurgical, chemical, ore mining and processing, power and other fields of industry. Stone casting contains, wt %: SiO2 57.22-55.8; Al2O3 9.13-6.0; CaO 21.6-17.4; MgO 14.22-12.0; Na2O 3.17-1.2; Cr2O3 1.81-0.4; Fe2O3 1.54-0.5; FeO 0.4-0.1; TiO2 0.25-0.1; MnO 0.35-0.1. Stone casting withstands to 28-30 thermal cycles with difference of temperatures 900-20°C. Compressive strength constitutes to 280 MPa.
EFFECT: application of stone casting will make it possible to increase heat resistance and strength of panels and other shaped products, made from it, ensure them up to 10-year long service term.
