FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: piston valve comprises the housing with sealing bushing, two gate pistons, two rods, two covers, two support concave platforms. The housing is made as a cross with two thread holes with plugs. At centre of the housing the sealing bushing with ends is placed, from two sides of which gate pistons are inserted, that are made with cavities, with bottoms and end seals. Bottoms are hermetically connected with rods, for which openings through seals in covers are provisioned, at the rod ends the support concave platforms are installed. The internal surface of the housing, sealing bushing ends, cavities of gate pistons and cover form two vessels filled with hydraulic oil.
EFFECT: reliability of valve operation in emergencies and acts of nature, possibility for preventive repair without dismantling from the pipeline.
