FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, can be used for phacoemulsification in lens subluxation combined with vitrectomy in posterior eye segment pathology. That is ensured by circular capsulorhexis. Capsular sac is fixed by the edge of capsulorhexis with iris retractors through additional corneal paracenteses within the most changed ligaments of Zinn. Phacoemulsification is performed. Intracapsular ring of “СК-2” type is implanted. Both its circular processes are fixed with double polypropylene sutures on curved needles by means of loops. Intraocular lens is implanted. Bent needles with sutures are introduced into the anterior eye chamber through the corneal tunnel incision, and placed into the posterior eye chamber between the iris and the capsular sac. Fibrous tunic of the eye is pierced ab interno with bringing to sclera at 3.0-4.0 mm from a limb from both sides in a projection of one meridian. Needles are removed from the posterior eye chamber together with the polypropylene sutures, delivered transclerally transcorneally and brought out within the paracenteses. Needles are cut off; the free suture ends are dipped into the paracenteses and pre-singed off with a thermocautery to form a flange. Trocars 23-27 G are installed in the projection of the flat part of the ciliary body transclerally. Vitrectomy is performed.

EFFECT: invention provides improved visual functions in the postoperative period.
