FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for surgical treatment of cataract with implantation of intraocular lens by phacoemulsification method. In zone of strong meridian tunnel self-sealing cut of cornea and two paracenteses of cornea with size 0.5 mm each are made. After finishing of core phacoemulsification before introduction of bimanual irrigation-aspiration system for evacuation of crystal mass paracenteses are widened to 1.0-1.1 mm. In the end of operation intraocular eye lens is implanted.
EFFECT: method increases air tightness of eye-bulbe and reduces consumption of irrigative liquid, insuring total removal of crystal mass.
