FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining primary isocyanates by the interaction of respective primary amines with phosgene. In accordance with the claimed method the primary amines interact with phosgene in a tubular reactor, which contains a reaction space, at a temperature higher than the temperature of amine boiling. In the course of the process a) at least one phosgene-containing flow of an initial substance P and at least one flow of an initial material, which contains amines, A are supplied into the reaction space via a system of nozzles, with the system of nozzles including the nozzles oriented parallel to the axis of the tubular reactor rotation in a quantity n≥1 and a free space, surrounding the nozzles; b) one of the flows of the initial substances A or P is supplied into the reaction space via the nozzles, and the other flow is supplied via the free space, surrounding the nozzles; c) the reaction space contains at least one moving mixing device.
EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to mix reagents in an accelerated way without increasing a rate of their supply with simultaneously low danger of the mixing device blocking.
