SUBSTANCE: hydrophilic shell is made of a water-swellable material which is biodegradable in soil. Between the hydrophobic and the hydrophilic shell there are inclusions of ferromagnetic material.
EFFECT: invention enables to carry out planting of part the spring crops in autumn with improvement of seed germination and conditions of their germination and development in spring, to increase the yield of spring crops.
