FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: proposed bullet comprises body and explosive charge. Bullet features facetted cross-section with sharp facets. In compliance with the other version, explosive charge is arranged at bullet mid part. Said charge is separated from behind by web with taper hole. Initiator explosive charge and retarding pyro charge are fitted in said hole. Striker is arranged behind said web. In compliance with the other version, said striker is composed of a piston with long plate. Safety bush is arranged between web and striker. Said bush is composed by threaded washer with crosswise hole. In compliance with the other version, piston with recess is arranged behind the web. In compliance with the other version, spring is fitted between said web and striker or piston. Said spring features flat-helical-conical shape and is composed by spiral cut-out in flat washer with hole. In compliance with the other version, striker with grating part coated with pyro composition is arranged behind said web. In compliance with another version, piezocrystal is arranged behind the web while weight is located behind said piezocrystal. Electric terminals of said piezocrystal are connected with spark gap or micro spiral. Method of bullet production consists in that, first, bullet blank with excess material on facets. Now, bullet is milled of ground while sharp facets are subjected to thermal and/or chemical treatment.
