FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves melting of charge, superheating of metal, modification and pouring of metal. At a temperature of 1500-1650 C the melt is added by ultra- dispersion powders of difficultly fusible compounds of nitrite, carbide, carbonitrite, oxide, boride group in the amounts of 0.05- 0.2 per cent of weight of charge, and at a temperature of 1450-1600 C it is added by dispersion powders of nitrites, carbides and oxides containing particles of 1-300 microns in the amounts of 0.0500.6 per cent of weight of charge. EFFECT: enhanced operating efficiency. 1 tbl
