FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, genetic engineering and virology. Vaccines can represents subunit vaccines based on influenza haemagglutinin. The haemagglutinin can be expressed in plants, including duckweed. The invention also relates to recombinant vectors, coding and expressing influenza antigens, epitopes or immunogens, which can be used for the protection of animals against flu. It also deals with a vaccination regimen, compatible with DIVA strategy, including a scheme of prime-boost by means of the vector and subunit vaccines. The claimed group of inventions can be used in medicine and veterinary.
EFFECT: invention deals with the anti-influenza vaccines, in particular the vaccines against avian flu.
