FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises placing the alloy in the mould to oxidise alloy element for formation of protective ply on its surface. Mould has inner coating including chromium oxide, niobium oxide, titanium oxide, tantalum oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium, oxide yttrium or their combination. Protective ply is formed by oxidation of one or more inner coating components by one or more elements of the alloy.
EFFECT: minor quantity of surface blisters in casts.
