FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over laser processing process. Proposed method comprises the following jobs: registration of at least two measured current magnitudes by at least one sensor that controls the laser processing and definition of at least two current magnitudes of at least two current measured magnitudes. At least two current magnitudes represent a characteristic attribute in the space of magnitudes. Classification of laser processing by definition of the position of current characteristic attribute relative to predetermined set of points in space of magnitudes. At least one sensor comprises at least one camera unit to shoot pictures with different exposures and to translate them by high dynamic ranges method (HDR) into pictures of current measured magnitudes with high contrast factor.
