SUBSTANCE: device comprises a load platform with an inclined platform. The trolley with the cutting mechanism is placed on the platform. The cutting mechanism is made in the form of a motor connected by the belt drive with the rotary cutter. The housing of the pulling mechanism is rigidly mounted in front of the platform. One edge of the trolley with wheels is placed on the guides. The other edge of the trolley through the clips connects the rotary cutter shaft to the drive shaft of one of the feeding wheels of the pulling mechanism. The drive wheels of the pulling mechanism are connected by the belt drive with the cutting mechanism. The hingedly mounted pressure wheels of the pulling mechanism are connected with the trolley by traction.
EFFECT: reduction of material consumption.
