SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reservoir intended for the filling with the product, a device comprising such a reservoir, the use of such a device and a method of applying on nails of the product contained in this reservoir. The reservoir comprises a side annular wall (12) extending along the central axis (Z) between the bottom (14) and the opening (16). The side wall (12) comprises a first outer narrowing (34) made with the ability of placement in it of two adjacent fingers other than thumb, of the user's first hand. According to the invention the side wall (12) additionally comprises a second narrowing (36) made with the ability of placement in it of two adjacent fingers other than thumb, of the same user's second hand, at that the second narrowing (36) is made at a distance from the first narrowing (34) along the central axis of the reservoir.
