SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a grease lubricant for heavily loaded rolling friction units based on a mixture of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and an ester of pentaerythritol alcohol and synthetic C5-C9 fatty acids, which contains a compound calcium soap stearic and acetic acid produced from stearic acid, acetic acid and calcium oxide hydrate, fine graphite, phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, ionol, using polyalphaolefin oil as the synthetic hydrocarbon oil. The polyalphaolefin oil used has viscosity of 23-28 sSt at 100°C, with the following ratio of components in pts.wt: stearic acid 7.0-16.0%; acetic acid 2.0-4.0%; calcium oxide hydrate 5.0-10.0%; fine graphite 7.0-15.0%; phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.1-0.5%; ionol 0.3%; polyalphaolefin oil with viscosity of 23-28 sSt (at 100°C) 12.0-19.9%; ester of pentaerythritol alcohol and synthetic C5-C9 fatty acids - the balance.
EFFECT: obtaining a grease lubricant with improved high-temperature properties, including low volatility at high temperatures and a high drop point.
