FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: during peak loads the gas-turbine unit generates the additional electric power, the recovery boiler generates the steam superheated in steam-hydrogen superheater and pumped to the additional steam turbine, also generating additional electric power. At night off-peak hours the unnecessary electric power is accumulated in the form hydrogen and oxygen, GTU is stopped, the additional steam turbine stops or operated at lower steam load, withdrawn from the steam distribution device upstream the high pressure cylinder of the steam turbine.

EFFECT: accumulation in night off-peak hours of electrical load, unnecessary energy and generation of the additional electric power during peak hours of electrical load with preserving of safety and reliability of the plant operation at the expense of location of equipment of combined-cycle plant and hydrogen facilities out of the territory of the Atomic Power Plant site.
